1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Smart Age Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you install and use the Smart Store Locator app (the "App") on your Shopify store.
By installing the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
2. Information We Collect
From Merchants
When you install the App, we collect and store the following information:

| App settings Map provider, colors, layout preferences | To render the store locator according to the merchant's configuration |
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate and provide the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services. Their use is subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security
Each merchant's data is isolated — no merchant can access another merchant's data. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
The App complies with Shopify's GDPR webhook requirements:
- customers/data_request: Triggered when a customer requests their data. This app does not collect customer data.
- customers/redact: Triggered when a customer requests data deletion. This app does not store customer data.
- shop/redact: Triggered when a merchant uninstalls the app. All store locations, settings and sessions for the shop are permanently deleted.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
